1. Battle of Changban208 CE
   The Battle of Changban was fought between the warlords Cao Cao and Liu Bei in October 208 in the late Eastern Han dynasty of China. The battle took place at Changban.
2. Liu Bei proclaims the Shu Han221 CE
   Liu Bei declared himself emperor at Chengdu, claiming the Han mandate as Shu Han.
3. Death of Liu Bei at Baidicheng223 CE
   Liu Bei died at Baidicheng after his defeat at Yiling, entrusting Shu to Zhuge Liang.
4. Siege of Chencang228 CE
   The siege of Chencang was a battle fought between the states of Shu Han and Cao Wei between December 228 to early 229 during the Three Kingdoms period in China. It was the second of the Northern Expeditions led by Shu-Han's chancellor-regent, Zhuge Liang, to invade Wei. It was part of an attempt to divert Wei forces away from Jing Province following the Battle of Shiting between Wei and Shu's ally state, Eastern Wu. The siege came to an end when Shu forces retreated after failing to capture Chencang.
5. Battle of Jianwei229 CE
   The Battle of Jianwei was fought between the contending states of Shu Han and Cao Wei in the Three Kingdoms period of China. The battle was also the third of a series of military campaigns against Wei launched by Shu's chancellor, Zhuge Liang. The battle concluded with a Shu victory and the capture of Wudu and Yinping commanderies, which were located near present-day Longnan, Gansu.
6. Battle of Mount Qi231 CE
   The Battle of Mount Qi (祁山之戰), also known as the Battle of Lucheng (鹵城之戰), was a military conflict which took place around Mount Qi and Lucheng between the states of Cao Wei and Shu Han in 231 during the Three Kingdoms period of China. It was the fourth of Zhuge Liang's five Northern Expeditions.
7. Death of Zhuge Liang at the Wuzhang Plains234 CE
   Zhuge Liang died on campaign at the Wuzhang Plains, ending Shu's northern expeditions.
8. Battle of Wuzhang Plains234 CE
   The Battle of Wuzhang Plains was fought between the contending states of Cao Wei and Shu Han in 234 AD during the Three Kingdoms period of China. The battle was the fifth and last of a series of Northern Expeditions led by Shu's chancellor, Zhuge Liang, to attack Wei. Zhuge Liang fell ill and died during the stalemate and subsequently the Shu forces retreated.
